the location was stunning and marvellous and the staff were fantastic. the classic king room was beautiful, included a hairdryer, a bidet, and dressing gowns.

We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit from here. the staff were all skilled and professional, providing top-notch service.

The whole experience was superb. Everything was spotless, top-notch service, marvellous location short walk to the restaurant and a wide range of dishes, Italy and Montepulciano and Orvieto, both of which where under 1 hour drive away and worth the visits

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel offers attractive rooms with outstanding views over the Tuscany hills. the staff is courteous and helpful. A good selection of breakfast options. the hotel is located in an incredible setting near the restaurant and with a wide range of dishes available.

The rooms here are spacious, well-designed, and come with a balcony and air conditioning.

The breakfast selection offers a lot of healthy food options 🥑. the location of this place is truly fantastic and breathtaking, nestled in the valley.

The hotel's decor exudes elegance and charm, with its tastefully designed interiors and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior guests like myself to navigate and relax. The accessibility of the hotel, both in terms of location and facilities, was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay for senior people.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A little more attention and understanding towards our unique requirements would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.
